We warmly invite you to join us for the Wild Heart Retreat, guided by Alli Esposito and Niki Januzzi, co-creators of One Love Retreats.

Join us for the Wild Heart Retreat, a two-day immersive experience at Muller Field Station designed to help you connect with Mother Earth, your body, and your inner rhythm.

This retreat includes a thoughtfully curated blend of yoga, guided paddling experiences, walking meditation, journaling, restorative practice, sound baths and add on options of reiki and massage. You’ll have time to rest, explore the land, and integrate your experience at your own pace.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll share nourishing meals, gather in community, beginning and ending each day with meaningful connection.

This retreat is designed to cultivate heart opening, deep grounding, and vibrant inspiration.

Nestled in the Honeoye Valley, Muller Field Station offers a true home away from home. A mixture of open fields, abundant swamp lands and waters, and surrounding protected forest create a peaceful and grounding backdrop for your retreat experience. With both beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to gather, move, and rest, this environment supports a natural flow between connection and solitude. For those choosing to stay overnight, a brand new bunkhouse provides a clean and welcoming place to land and recharge.

Our Weekend Home Away From Home

Wild Heart

Tis the season for planting seeds within the soil of the Earth and within the space of the heart. This retreat is an invitation to explore, receive, and connect with your heart’s intentions through activities and practices that gently guide us out of the mind space and into a space of openness, trust, release, and grounding. With the support of Mother Earth’s abundance, yogic wisdom, sacred sound, movement, fire, and the most delicious high frequency food, we will open into the space of our wild heart’s.

What to Expect
Together, we will immerse ourselves in transformative practices that nurture the body, psyche, and spirit. Experience the healing power of:

  • Yoga to root and uplift

  • Time outside to connect with Mother Earth’s wisdom

  • Sound therapy to harmonize, balance, and restore

  • Earthing to ground, immerse the senses, and inspire the soul

  • Meditation to ground, clear, and receive inner guidance

  • Creative expression to awaken the inner artist

  • Nourishing food to fuel and comfort

Honoring Ayurvedic Wisdom
Rooted in the ancient science of Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, this retreat incorporates seasonal and daily practices to harmonize your body and mind with the rhythms of nature. From grounding routines to seasonal food practices, we’ll explore ways to align with the elements for greater balance and vitality.

A Sanctuary for All Women
Come just as you are. This retreat is a welcoming space for women of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Whether you are new to these practices or have years of experience, you'll find a supportive environment where you can grow, connect, and shine at your own pace.

Our intention is to create a warm, inviting space for women to celebrate their unique journeys, deepen their connection with themselves and others, and leave feeling renewed, inspired, and empowered.
