Join us for the Wild Heart Retreat, a day-long immersive experience at Muller Field Station designed to help you connect with Mother Earth, your body, and your inner rhythm.

This retreat includes a thoughtfully curated blend of yoga, outdoor mindfulness experiences, walking meditation, journaling, restorative practices, sound baths, and optional Reiki and massage offerings. You’ll have time to rest, explore the land, and integrate your experience at your own pace.

Throughout the day, we’ll share nourishing meals, gather in community, and create space for meaningful connection, reflection, and presence.

This retreat is designed to cultivate heart opening, deep grounding, and vibrant inspiration.

Nestled in the Honeoye Valley, Muller Field Station offers a peaceful and grounding backdrop for a day of retreat and connection. Open fields, abundant wetlands and waters, and surrounding protected forest create a setting that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. With both beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to gather, move, reflect, and rest, the land naturally supports moments of both community and solitude throughout the day.

Wild Heart

August is a season of abundance, vitality, and full expression. The Wild Heart Retreat is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself amidst the richness of the Earth and the fullness of summer’s energy. Through grounding practices and meaningful experiences, we’ll create space to listen inward, honor what is flourishing within, and reconnect with the wisdom of the heart.

With the support of Mother Earth’s abundance, yogic wisdom, sacred sound, movement, and nourishing high-vibrational food, we’ll gather in community to rest, reflect, and open more fully into the space of our wild hearts.

What to Expect
Together, we will immerse ourselves in transformative practices that nurture the body, psyche, and spirit. Experience the healing power of:

  • Yoga to root and uplift

  • Time outside to connect with Mother Earth’s wisdom

  • Sound therapy to harmonize, balance, and restore

  • Earthing to ground, immerse the senses, and inspire the soul

  • Meditation to ground, clear, and receive inner guidance

  • Creative expression to awaken the inner artist

  • Nourishing food to fuel and comfort

A Sanctuary for All Women
Come just as you are. This retreat is a welcoming space for women of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Whether you are new to these practices or have years of experience, you'll find a supportive environment where you can grow, connect, and shine at your own pace.

Our intention is to create a warm, inviting space for women to celebrate their unique journeys, deepen their connection with themselves and others, and leave feeling renewed, inspired, and empowered.

    Niki Januzzi

    YOGA LOVE OF HONEYOE FALLS

Niki Januzzi is the owner of Yoga Love in Honeoye Falls. In 2006, Niki’s health and well-being took center stage and she delved deeply into a regular Yoga practice, feeling the difference in her body and mind. In 2010, she began teacher training in Vinyasa style because of the movement and flow of the practice; a practice that makes her feel alive and aligned in so many ways! Niki offers weekly yoga classes at her studio in Honeoye Falls, alongside a cohort of community teachers and instructors. She loves sharing this practice with her community, offering a space that can be a positive place for others to gather and grow in their own practice.

  • Tina Pierce

    BELLA SOUL WELLNESS

I’m Tina ~ founder of BellaSoul Wellness, Intuitive Sound Practitioner, Spiritual Life Guide, and Certified Yoga Teacher.

I’ve always felt there was more to this life than what we see on the surface ~ a deeper rhythm, an unseen intelligence, a quiet knowing that lives within all of us.

    That knowing became my path.

Today, my work weaves together sound, movement, and intuitive guidance to support you in slowing down, releasing what no longer serves you, and reconnecting with your own inner clarity.

I am certified in Sound Therapy and Sound Body Healing through the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association, have studied the Harmonic Spine/Craniosacral teachings with Dr. Joseph Schmidlin of oneTone Sonic Alchemy, and received my Yoga Teacher Certification through Open Sky in 2025.
