    Winter Stillness

    Join Alli Esposito & Rosalie Kingsbauer for a restorative yoga and reiki experience at Enchanted Hills Wellness in Honeoye, NY.

    We’ll begin by sharing a warm cup of tea, allowing time to settle in and arrive fully. From there, you’ll be guided through gentle movement and restorative yoga supported by bolsters, blankets, and weighted sandbags to encourage deep grounding and comfort.

    Throughout the practice, Reiki energy healing and soothing aromatherapy will help you release into the moment, balance the nervous system, and open to stillness. Guided meditation will be weaved into the practice leaving you feeling calm, clear, and renewed.

    Experience includes:

    -Opening tea ritual

    -Light, mindful movement to make space for rest

    -Restorative yoga with supportive props

    -Reiki energy healing offered throughout the practice

    -Aromatherapy and guided meditation

  • Healing through Stillness | Whispers of Spring | Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls

    Yes, winter is still here, but if we slow down and gently pay attention, we can begin to hear the quiet whispers of spring. Subtle stirrings of renewal, possibility, and gentle awakening invite us to soften, listen, and rest.

    This offering is an invitation to honor stillness as a powerful form of healing. We will begin by sharing a warm cup of herbal tea to help settle the nervous system and create a gentle transition into the space. From there, we will move into slow, mindful movement and breath to prepare the body for stillness. Supported postures, with the aid of props and nurturing assists, along with guided meditation, will invite deep release, restoration, and balance.

    Together, we will gently move, breathe, meditate, and mindfully calm the body and mind. This is a beautiful opportunity to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with what feels steady, grounded, and true. This is a time to rest deeply, soften the edges, and allow yourself to receive without force or expectation.

    No prior yoga experience is needed. Simply come as you are, ready to receive.
