    Tuesday, July 21st | 6:45pm-8:00pm

Location: Enchanted Hills Wellness, Honeoye NY

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, this class is an invitation to simply be.

Restorative Yoga is a deeply supportive practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension held in the body, and cultivate a profound sense of rest. Throughout class, you'll settle into a few fully supported postures using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other props, allowing your body to soften without effort.

Rather than waiting until you're completely burned out, exhausted, or overwhelmed, this practice offers space to care for yourself before you reach that point. Think of it as a form of preventative self-care—a regular opportunity to pause, replenish your energy, and support your overall well-being.

As the body relaxes, the breath naturally slows, the mind becomes quieter, and space is created for restoration from the inside out.

Whether you're navigating a busy season of life, carrying the weight of chronic stress, recovering from physical or emotional fatigue, or simply longing for a slower pace, this class welcomes you exactly as you are.

No prior yoga experience or flexibility is required. This class is appropriate for all levels and is open to anyone seeking deep rest, balance, and gentle support.

    $20

Space is limited to 8 people.
