The Alchemist, Alli Esposito
Alli, the alchemist of One With All, is a restorative yoga and yoga nidra facilitator who has been guiding meditative and self-care experiences for over three years, both in the Finger Lakes region and online. Her gentle, loving voice invites peace and presence, helping participants connect with their inner light, deepen their relationship with Mother Earth, and awaken a sense of curiosity about life’s unfolding.
Drawing inspiration from her personal healing journey, yogic studies, and profound experiences in nature, Alli weaves together practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit. She is a 200-hour RYT, with additional certifications in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and believes that curiosity is a driving force that inspires growth, fosters understanding, and opens doors to new possibilities.
In addition to her yoga training, Alli holds a B.A. in Anthropology, an A.S. in Natural Resources Conservation, and an M.S. in Park & Resource Management—an academic path that reflects her deep reverence for the natural world and the sacred connection between people and Earth.
