    This offering is not a replacement for medical care, but a supportive, integrative approach that complements other healing modalities and empowers you to reconnect with your own capacity for balance and wholeness.

  • Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy healing practice that supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. Each session is held as a calm, supportive space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself beneath the layers of stress, emotion, or transition you may be carrying.

    We begin with light, mindful movement to help you land in your body, settle the nervous system, and gently transition out of the mind and into embodied presence. From there, you are guided into stillness as Reiki is offered, meeting you exactly where you are through intuitive, compassionate care.

    Sessions are guided by presence and deep listening. Reiki may help ease physical tension, calm an overactive mind, support emotional processing, and restore a sense of inner steadiness and clarity. Many people leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected to their body and inner wisdom.

    You are invited to arrive just as you are. There is no need to talk or process unless you wish—this work honors safety, choice, and respect for your unique experience.

    A meaningful, slower session with light movement, breathwork, and a short guided meditation or intention-setting circle. A chance to connect and ground into your weekend together.

  • A 1.5 hr private session will be thoughtfully curated based on your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will be gently guided through a series of four poses, finding deep relaxation and release.

    Private session exchange is $122.

    Can be held in your home or off-site.

    A semi-private session is ideal for couples, siblings, mothers and daughters, mothers and sons, fathers and sons, fathers and daughters, couples who are pregnant, friends, or any combination of two or more humans under the sun.
