Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls

As winter invites us to slow down and turn inward, you're invited to a deeply nourishing retreat at Yoga Love this January - a soft landing space to reset your nervous system, rekindle inner warmth, and ignite the fire within.

What to Expect

Your day will unfold in a rhythm of movement, nourishment, creative expression, and rest:

  • Opening Circle & Grounding Meditation – arrive, settle in, and create intention.

  • Yoga Flow – energizing movement to awaken the body and clear the mind.

  • Seasonal Lunch – a warm, cozy, and professional chef inspired meal that is nourishing, warming, and wholesome.

  • Field Trip to Bleak House Books – a surprise awaits you at this awesome, family ran bookstore. We will gather in circle, share, and create.

  • Nature Immersion – Next, we’ll journey outdoors to Honeoye Falls to take in the beauty and energy of this powerful waterfall. A perfect moment to connect with Mother Earth, reflect, and set deeper intentions before our Cacao ceremony.

  • Cacao Ceremony – Enter a heart-centered ceremony woven with the spirit of sacred Cacao. Revered by

Indigenous traditions as the “food of the gods,” Cacao in its purest form supports a gentle journey inward—back to your heart and your truest self. As your heart opens, you become more present to the wisdom held within your body, mind, spirit, and soul.

This ceremony offers space to release what no longer serves you and to offer yourprayers, your intentions, and your deepest desires to the medicine of Cacao.

In this ceremony we will drink Cacao, honor the energy of the day, and be taken through

    a guided meditation.

  • Restorative Yoga – Gentle, grounding, supportive postures and breath to close the day in peace.

Niki Januzzi

Founder of Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls

Niki Januzzi is the owner of Yoga Love in Honeoye Falls. In 2006, Niki’s health and well-being took center stage and she delved deeply into a regular Yoga practice, feeling the difference in her body and mind. In 2010, she began teacher training in Vinyasa style because of the movement and flow of the practice; a practice that makes her feel alive and aligned in so many ways! Niki offers weekly yoga classes at her studio in Honeoye Falls, alongside a cohort of community teachers and instructors. She loves sharing this practice with her community, offering a space that can be a positive place for others to gather and grow in their own practice.

Maisie Wong

Devoted Ceremonialist

Maisie Wong is a devoted ceremonialist who has spent the past six years working with sacred Indigenous plant medicines. Her journey has led her across South and Central America, where she deepened her practice through both ceremony and facilitator training. During an extended stay in Guatemala, Maisie studied Cacao closely, learning its Mayan roots, traditions, and spiritual significance forming a deep relationship with this heart-opening medicine. With the blessing of her teachers, she now shares the sacred medicine of Cacao with her community.
