Restorative Day Retreat

We invite you to join us for our Nourish & Bloom Day Retreat, hosted by Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls, One with All, and Earth Hands Co.
Healing through Stillness: Community Session
In this restorative practice you will find deep relaxation and restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. You will be gently guided through a series of four poses, in which you will stay for an extended period of time. In each pose you will be supported with the use of props, guided meditation, aromatherapy, as well as gentle touch/assist to ground you further. Within these poses, there will be no stretching or tensing of the muscles, instead you will be guided into a sensation of floating and balance.
The cost of this session is $40. However, a sliding scale is offered upon request.

Healing through Stillness: Private Session
A 1.5 hr private session will be thoughtfully curated based on your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will be gently guided through a series of four poses, finding deep relaxation and release.
The cost of this session is $80.
Location: Muller Field Station. Honeoye, NY
Healing through Stillness: Semi-private Session
This semi-private session is ideal for couples, siblings, mothers and daughters, mothers and sons, fathers and sons, fathers and daughters, couples who are pregnant, friends, or any combination of two or more humans under the sun.
The cost of this session is $100.
