Are you seeking a day of peace to rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul?

We invite you to join us for our Nourish & Bloom Day Retreat, hosted by Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls, One with All, and Earth Hands Co.

Deepen meaningful connections as we come together and share stillness, stories, laughter, and gratitude in a serene setting of the Finger Lakes. Come nourish and bloom where the beauty of the Earth and the power of human connection converge in perfect harmony!

  • MEDITATION: Start your morning in deep nourishment with guided meditation led by Alli Esposito of One with All, allowing you to center your thoughts and find peace within.

  • PADDLE: Honor presence and connect with the calming rhythm of the water as you soak in the stillness during our silent paddle. Let the water serve as your soundtrack as you harmonize body and spirit with the rhythm of nature.

  • YOGA: Dive into tranquility with an outdoor morning yoga session led by Niki Januzzi of Yoga Love, guiding you through gentle poses to restore your inner balance.

  • GOOD FOOD: Indulge your senses and nourish your body with a vibrant vegetarian gratitude bowl for lunch, crafted by Chef Chris Januzzi with love and mindfulness to honor the abundance of the season.

  • PLANT WALK: Reconnect with the Earth on a guided plant walk led by Jessica Brothers of Earth Hands Co. Discover the edible delights of the local flora and connect with the wisdom of herbs that thrive in the Finger Lakes region.

  • WELLNESS GIFTS:  Each retreat guest will create their own herbal wellness product to take home for a lasting gift of peace and rejuvenation and will receive a special gift from the hosts.

Muller Field Station

Muller Field Station is located on 48 acres in the Southern Honeoye Valley. Surrounded by protected lands and waters, this place is buzzing with plant and animal life, and is a special place to gather in community. Muller Field Station is owned by Finger Lakes Community College and provides immersive, outdoor experiences for K-12 groups, community members, and FLCC Conservation students.

Nature heals

We will begin the morning paddling slowly, via canoe or kayak, through an incredibly abundant and beautiful swamp. On this journey we will see vibrant wildflowers, listen and look for a diversity of migrating birds and nesting waterfowl, and sync with the elevated frequency of this magically energetic environment.

This retreat is for everyone. There is no experience needed for any of the practices we will share together. We will embrace a “beginners mind”, inviting in curiosity, play, and connection.

Come as you are
